Invasion

A lot of people have now heard about the SEIU protest at Bank of America Executive Greg Baer's home.  Nina Easton, who regularly appears as a guest panelist on Bret Baier's Fox News show happens to be Greg Baer's next door neighbor and was a witness to this (see link attached).

Just think if this was to happen to you.  Personally I have two young children who I imagine would be terrified.  They be even more terrified as my shotgun started blasting.  500+peope in my front yard, I don't think so.
Please imagine that we still have private property laws in this country, not to mention laws regarding disturbing the peace and menacing.  The fact that the police sat this one out sounds like a great reason to test the "Make My Day Law" doesn't it?

Bizzaro Bailouts!

http://www.foxbusiness.com/personal-finance/2010/05/24/lawmaker-introduces-b-union-pension-bailout/

I asked for Bizzaro World stories, but I didn't think I'd get such an obvious one so quickly.  What don't our Representatives in Congress understand - WE HAVE NO MONEY.  Besides that, bailing out the public employee unions is a joke - on average government employees make morey money and have MUCH better benefits than those of private sector employees.  Now it's the taxpayers fault that the government over promised.
This makes me want to puke.
Welcome to my world!

Dan Maes upsets front runner Scott McInnis

OK, while usually I want stories that defy common sense, I'm going to start out with a positive story. Dan Maes is the 912/Tea Party candidate and yesterday all of us got to see what hard work and actual involvement can do.

http://www.reporterherald.com/news_story.asp?ID=28188

This is just the start, but when a complete unknown can knock off the "party's choice" a rich guy who has been a professional politician (and if you meet him you, like me might find him WAYYYY to slick) and is willing to pay a ton of "volunteers" to walk around in green shirts, you know the political landscape is changing for the better.
Way to go folks!

Intro to Bizzaro World!!!

For those who know me, welcome - to those who don't, you will.
On April 15th at the Denver Tax Day Tea Party I gave a speech titled "Bizzaro World". I have been amazed to wake up every day and watch how everything in the world has turned backwards. How right is wrong, bad is good and logic has gone out the window.
Since that day, many who heard my speech have been telling me how appropriate it was to our everyday experience and how often they to have to scratch their heads when hearing the news.
Today is the next step. I want to use this blog to point out the story of the day/week which we see how BIZZARE this world really has become.
By the way, for those of you who are not familiar with comics, and who didn't grow up with Superman, Bizzaro is a twisted mirror image of Superman. His planet Htrae (Earth spelled backwards, get it?) is, like Bizzaro himself, backwards. No logic, good is bad, wrong is right.
I've been a comic fan all my life, and growing up I wanted to be Superman. A hero who is selfless, superstrong, but not invulnerable, and VERY patriotic. I was totally offended when I saw "Superman Returns" and noticed the line "Does he still stand for Truth, Justice and all that other stuff." No Superman has always, and will always stand for Truth (something politics lacks) Justice (equal justice not this social justice crap) and The AMERICAN Way (read Constitutional Republic).
So my friends, I ask for your help. If you catch a story that has you scratching your head post it, email it or send me the link. Let's "take a journey down the wormhole" together (yes I know it isn't cool to mix Superman and Matrix references - sue me) and see if we can't show a whole lot of people what is happening to our country.
